- 1 / 5By Charles GilliamThe absolute worst service ever. The cashier with a major attitude didn't even know what was on the menu. She had such a problem ringing the lady who was in line ahead of me. The manager had to come up and ring the 2pc chicken dinner. That was embarrassing to watch. I was next and ordered a 10pc chicken strip with the 2 large size and the 4 biscuits. Simple order and it's big as day on the menu. The cashier gave me the worst attitude. I suddenly remembered why I stopped going to Church's chicken. And I promise you, I will never invest so much as another penny in Church's chicken. Needless to say, I didn't bother trying to get the order correct with the cashier who was having a bad day ( or bad life ). You never know who walks into your business. I have committed her name and face to memory. I am a hiring manager and she will never work for me or any of the locations that we own.August 07, 2016
